Neville, dog companion of fashion icon Marc Jacobs, recently celebrated the release of his pictorial barkography, and in the process has helped Puerto Rico's dogs in dire straits turn the page to a new chapter in their lives.

Featuring photos from puppyhood to his role as a 'pup'arazzi magnet, a camera has chronicled the lavish lifestyle of the trend-setting Bull Terrier in Neville Jacobs: I'm Marc's Dog  (affiliate link). Published by Rizzoli, the 248-page coffee table book features photos of the couture-conscious canine with catwalk queens like Karlie Kloss, Christie Turlington and Kendall Jenner; striking poses in his pet parent's creations;  pondering wardrobe choices in Marc Jacobs' New York office; strutting along Soho's stylish streets and enjoying glamorous getaways around the globe with his doting designer Dad.

While Neville Jacobs leads a picture perfect life, the pampered pup is a caring canine who wears his heart on his designer sleeve. Never one to airbrush over the problems faced by his fellow dogs, Neville is helping to design a better tomorrow for abandoned and abused pooches in Puerto Rico by donating proceeds from the sale of his book to The Sato Project. Taking its name from a slang term for strays, The Sato Project is a non-profit organization which has given more than 1,400 of Puerto Rico's homeless dogs a new lease on life.

Far from the first time that the Jacobs' have shown their support for The Sato Project, in late 2015 some of our four-legged friends who once faced their fate at Dead Dog Beach were welcomed at Kennedy Airport by Neville as they embarked on the start of their new lives with forever families, all thanks to the non-profit. Also in late 2015 Neville's high-profile human helped to spread the word that compassion is always in fashion through the sale of special T-shirts which raised funds for the paws cause.
