#PawPromise Adoptable Dog of the Week: Heaven

Adoptable-dog-Heaven

Heaven
An angel who has flown all the way from Hawaii to find a forever pet parent to love, Heaven will be in seventh heaven when she’s adopted!

A four and a half-year-old Labrador Retriever/Chinese Shar Pei, Heaven is 50 pounds of fun who may be a tad on the shy side when she meets a stranger, but quickly comes out of her shell as an unfamiliar face becomes a friend. Doggedly devoted to playtime, Heaven would love to romp in the back yard with a four-legged brother or sister.

As smart as she is sweet, Heaven was potty trained at her last residence.

Heaven, who previously looked for her forever family at the Kauai Island Humane Society, is now one of the many dogs, cats, puppies, kittens and rabbits who are currently in the care of Rancho Coastal Humane Society. Established in 1961, today the non-profit organization in Encinitas, California finds homes for more than 1,000 companion animals each year, offers educational programs to instill a passion for compassion in the next generation, and provides help for the pets of victims of domestic violence through the Animal Safehouse Program.
